Hanuman’s Goa Friends series are compiled by Stefano Hanuman Goa DJ from Italy supported by several labels and artists including Cosmic Vision, PsyWorld, Psychedevolution and Neurogenesys. Stefano is one of the godfathers of the goa psychedelic trance music parties and first radio FM speakers in Milan since the late 70s.
The compilations have more than 15 tracks each and you can tell they’re shaped by people who’ve spent time on real dancefloors rather than just arranging tracks for streaming metrics. The collaboration with PsyWorld Records and Psychedevolution also shows in the artist selection-there’s a mix of emerging names and more established underground acts, which gives it both freshness and reliability. It doesn’t feel like it’s chasing trends; it leans into that ‘friends and family’ vibe implied by the title. Overall, it’s a well-curated compilation that captures a specific mood: communal, positive, and dancefloor-ready. Best enjoyed in a continuous mix, ideally outdoors or at least with the volume high enough to pretend you are.
